  James, I’ve been listening to your sermons for years now and have, on several occasions, heard you mention that you meet regularly with a member of your elder board who holds you accountable for things. I really respect that and would like for you to expound a bit on how a senior pastor needs to be accountable to his congregation (and elder board). Thanks!
